Can I track my progress?

Yes! Fluentia tracks your progress, including words learned, XP gained, and your overall learning progress. You can view your progress in the progress section of the app.

Account & Billing

How do I cancel my subscription?

If you subscribed directly through our website, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

If you subscribed through an app marketplace (Apple App Store, Google Play Store, etc.), you must cancel through that marketplace. We cannot cancel marketplace subscriptions.

What is your refund policy?

Refunds are not guaranteed. For direct website purchases, we handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Refund requests with detailed error reports or technical issues are prioritized. Please contact dev@arendtdigital.com with your order details and explanation.

For app marketplace purchases: If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or another marketplace, refunds are subject to that marketplace's policies. You must request refunds directly through the marketplace.

How do I update my payment information?

You can update your payment information in your account settings under the billing section.

Technical Issues

The app is not loading properly. What should I do?

Try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache. If the issue persists, check your internet connection. For paid subscribers, you can contact support at dev@arendtdigital.com.

I'm experiencing errors. How do I report them?

Please include as much detail as possible: screenshots, error messages, steps to reproduce, and your browser/device information. Paid subscribers can email support directly. Free users can use the AI support assistant or include error details when requesting a refund.

Is my data safe?
