How to Delete Your Account

Fluentia, operated by Arendt Digital LLC, allows you to request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. You can do this in two ways:

1. In the Fluentia app: Open the app, go to Settings, then tap Delete Account and confirm. The app calls our servers to remove your auth profile (and cascaded app data), revoke linked subscriptions identifiers with our payment partner where configured, and clear analytics identifiers where configured.
2. By email: Send an email to support@visitfluentia.com (preferred) or dev@arendtdigital.com with the subject line "Delete my account" and include the email address associated with your Fluentia account. We will process your request within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove the following data:

• Account credentials (email, password)
• Profile information (name, language preferences, learning level)
• Learning progress and streaks
• Stories you created
• Flashcard decks and cards
• AI conversation history
• Contact form messages and support tickets
• Uploaded images and attachments (atmosphere images, contact form attachments)

What May Be Retained

We may retain certain data where required by law or for legitimate business purposes:

• Legal obligations: Data we are required to keep for tax, fraud prevention, or regulatory compliance
• Dispute resolution: Data needed to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements
• Anonymized or aggregated data: Usage statistics that cannot identify you

Any retained data is kept only as long as necessary (typically up to 30 days after your request), after which it is permanently removed.

Timeline

We will complete your account and data deletion within 30 days of receiving your request. If you delete your account in-app, the deletion is immediate.
